PROBLEM

Their app initially had many problems with the organization of information and maintaining an engaging layout. 

Additional statistics include a user rating of 3.7 stars from 2,500 ratings, offering a comprehensive overview of Navy Army's user landscape. Inspiration for the app redesign was found in other banking platforms like BOA, Capital One, and Paypal. This research offers insights into the diverse user base within the Coastal Bend community and their aligned preferences.

SOLUTION

For this app redesign, I focused on organizing navigation and creating modern components and elements.

The solutions proposed for enhancing the banking app's user experience include a focus on improving usability through strategic adjustments in the navigation bar and ensuring universal or intuitive component placements. Additionally, the integration of an external account feature is recommended to enhance functionality.
